BTS Customer Onboarding Flow was released on January 26,2024. 


  1. Login to Console
    a. If the customer already has an user account on Unified Platform, Sign in BTS Console directly.
    b. If the customer has not created an user account on Unified Platform. Sign up in Unified Platform first and follow the steps to apply for Business Travel Suite. Wait for DerbySoft staff to review and grant the access. Once you have been granted the access, press Enter and login to BTS Console.


  2. Customer Profile
    The Customer Profile tab is located in the menu of Connectivity.
    As this customer has not officially become a BTS Customer, the customer status is shown New.

  3. Edit Customer Profile
    As DerbySoft admin you can edit the customer profile and assign an ID to it if an offical contract has been signed by the customer.
    1) Find the customer which you need to edit, click View Details.

    2) Click Edit button, input Distributor ID, and select the Contract Date, Payment Date, API Model.
    The API list will show according to the selected API Model. The ones with a disabled checkbox are required APIs, and the ones with an editable checkbox are recommended to develop by customers.
    Push:Pull:

    After the Distributor ID was saved the first time, the input box will be greyed out. And no more editing is allowed.


  4. Customer Status
    Once Distributor ID is assigned by DerbySoft staff, the customer status will be Onboarding.

  5. Configure UAT and PROD Environment Settings
    After Distributor ID is assigned to customers, they can start configure UAT and PROD environment settings.
    · Pull customers' environment will be set up immediately after the customer status is changed to Onboarding. And customers can view the endpoints of shopping and hotel services.
    · Push customers need to select the push mode and input the endpoint for availability push.
    · If the customer selects “Delta” he also needs to select the number of products to be pushed at a time. Default settings is 15 products a time, and customers can select 1,5,10 or 15.


After the setting is saved, it will be submitted for reivew by DerbySoft staff. It will show “Approved” or “Rejected”.
